Copyright & Takedown Policy

Tabble Pty Ltd (“tabble”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can report infringing content, and how tabble responds.

tabble is an Australian company and not directly subject to the U.S. DMCA, but voluntarily follows a notice-and-takedown process consistent with DMCA safe harbor principles and the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), as global best practice.

• Photos and videos in posts, Tabbs, and Stories
• Written content in reviews, captions, and comments
• Any other copyrighted material a user may upload

3.1 How to submit a takedown notice

Email hello@tabble.com.au with subject “Copyright Takedown Request”, including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• The specific location of the allegedly infringing content on the Platform
• Your full name, address, phone number, and email
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them
• Your signature (physical or electronic)

Incomplete notices may delay processing. tabble is not obligated to act on notices that do not substantially comply with these requirements.

3.2 What happens next

If your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification with: identification of the content and its prior location, a good-faith statement of mistake, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia, and your signature. Valid counter-notifications are typically actioned within 10-14 business days, unless the original complainant has filed a legal action.

Live rating/review-count snapshots sourced from the Google Places API are not stored beyond a 24-hour cache. Copyright concerns about this content should be directed to Google.

tabble maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of repeat infringers. Two or more valid takedown notices within 12 months may result in suspension or termination at tabble’s discretion.

Submitting a knowingly false takedown notice or counter-notification may expose the submitter to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. tabble may reject notices believed to be in bad faith.

• Photos/videos must be your original work or used with permission
• Audio used in Tabbs must not infringe third-party rights
• No unauthorised use of another business’s logo or trademarked material
